Shipping

Most pieces are made to order, so please allow time for us to create yours.

Processing: 2–5 business days to prepare your order.
Delivery: 5–12 business days after it ships. Most orders arrive within 7–17 business days total.
Cost: free shipping on all US orders.
Where we ship: United States only (no PO boxes or APO/FPO for now).
Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates.
Delays: if your order will miss the estimate, we'll email you and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Lost packages: if tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund.
Wrong address: double-check your address at checkout. We can't reship orders delivered to an incorrect address you entered, but email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll fix it.
